Warranty
There is a limited two-year parts and
labor warranty on the RL800 Robomower beginning from the date of sale.
Battery warranty is twelve months from the date of sale.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Homebotics provides a 14-day satisfaction guarantee that allows you to
use the product and decide if it will meet your needs. The 14-day
period starts when you receive the Robomower. If you decide to
return the Robomower during the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period we
will refund the full purchase price less shipping. Shipping costs
for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund Policy for Unused/Unopened Products
You may return any unused/unopened item to homebotics, for any reason,
for a full refund (less shipping) from the date of purchase (including
gifts). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are
in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a
restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after
60 days.
Packing and Sending Your Return for Refund
Just a few simple steps:
Call our customer service center (1-800-387-7706) to obtain a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Ship the products that have been
approved for return, by our customer service center, using the shipping
company of your choice with the RA number on the package. We
suggest using UPS. Please note – we will issue your refund once the
product or products have been received by our company and inspected.
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
Homebotics can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item, call our customer service center toll-free at
1-800-387-7706.
Payment Plans Return and Refund Policy
Homebotics also provides a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our payment
plans. If you decide to return the mower during the 14-day satisfaction
guarantee period we will cancel the remaining payments, refund the down
payment, and clear your account once the product is returned and
inspected. The shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refundable
and shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the
purchaser
