RL850 Robomower®. This NEW RL series for 2006 is similar to the previous robotic lawnmower series RL800 but is PACKED with new features and options that improve performance and reliability.

The RL850 offers an upgraded software version of its patented ROBOSCAN™ technology. This upgrade allows Robomower® to work in tighter areas, actually learn the perimeter of the lawn and contour to it. Other software improvements include a NEW power management system that more efficiently draws power from the battery and uses it as needed. It applies as much as 5.5 hp to its mulching blades, improving on its already outstanding method of lawn care.

Hardware improvements include a "beefed up" gear case (chassis) to better handle dips, ditches and valleys. Both hardware and software improvements are now all weather resistant.

The RL1000 Robomower®(with numerous improvements over older 500 series and RL800s) is now the ultimate in automatic lawn maintenance. New for 2006 this Robotic mowing system comes complete with all the features of the New RL850 and also includes a docking/recharging station. The Docking Station allows the Robomower® RL1000 to fully and autonomously operates on your lawn. No need to drive it out to your lawn and start it. There is no need to drive it back to the garage and recharge it. With a docking station IT’S ALL-AUTOMATIC!

The RL1000 can even be scheduled to depart on specific days and times of the week! Program it once and it will automatically depart on the pre-selected day and time for the entire season. When its done mowing it will then return to the docking station. While in the docking station, the power pack is recharged, and awaits its next scheduled departure. Enjoying the yard? Kids playing? Bad weather? Want to skip a session? Simply press one button and the RL1000 skips to the next program! No need to reprogram, the RL1000 remembers for you.

The RL1000 is specifically designed to remain outdoors during the mowing season. The components are completely water proof, rain and other summer weather (heat, humidity) will not damage any part of the Robomower®.
